Yummy cheesecake..Too good to share..
For the base
100g Gingernut Buiscuits,Crushed.
50g Marg,Melted.
For the filling.
300ml Devon Custard.
200g Cream Cheese ie Philly.
1 Vannilla pod..Split lengthways.
2-3 drops Vannila Essence.
11g Sachet Gelatine dissolved in 2-3 tbsp hot water.
4-5 Bananas,Thinly sliced.
Mini Marshmallows to decorate.
1 bar of Dairy Milk ,Melted.
Method
Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter and press into a 8in lined, springform tin. Press down and chill.
Put the custard and cream cheese into a food pocessor,Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a sharp knife and add to the custard mixture..along with the vanilla essence and the dissolved gelatine. Blend untill smooth.
Divide half the bananas over the biscuit base and pour over the custard mix.Chill for at least four hours!Decorate with the remaining bananas,marshmallows and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Remove from tin..Pour a large glass of wine,Grab a spoon and enjoy ![]()
